The Prediction...
I believe that
50
is the maximum
number of rubber bands that will
allow Barbie to safely jump from a
height of 386 cm.
The Data...
The Equation...
Slope:
m = 5.32
Y – Intercept :
b = 1.579
Equation in slope-intercept form :
y = 5.32x + 1.579
The Results...
Equation :
y = 5.32x + 1.579
Height :
y = 386 cm
The Results:
x = 35 rubber bands
The Conclusions...
With the given height of the bleachers, 386 cm, and my equation, it will take 35 rubber bands for my Barbie to reach the furthest distance safely on her bungee jumping adventure.
